Luke is a Part-Qualified Patent Attorney in the London IP team, focusing on the drafting and prosecution of patent applications in the hi-tech sector.
He completed a masters degree in Astrophysics from the University of St Andrews, with a final year project focused on the computational modelling of shadowed irradiation patterns in the accretion discs of black holes, and possesses broad academic experience spanning quantum mechanics, electronics, computational and space physics.
During his tenure at university, Luke was also a Director and Head of Consulting for a pro-bono strategy consulting group alongside interning at an investment banking advisory firm; both experiences that he is keen to leverage during and after his training in order to provide commercially-relevant advice.
