Martin Treagus is a partner in our Corporate department, specialising in Private Equity and M&A.

His recent experience includes acting for a large number of corporate organisations (both public and private sector), management teams and private equity houses on a range of corporate work, including investments, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals.

As joint Head of the firm’s Healthcare sector group, Martin has acted on a number of health and social care transactions for financial investors, trade buyers and operators.

Martin is a key member of the firm’s TMC sector group, with experience of acting for large corporate organisations and financial buyers/investors in the context of TMT transactions and general corporate work. Martin has a particular focus on data centres, software and internet/cloud based transactions/assets.
