Matt is an Associate in the Corporate and Leveraged Finance team within the Finance Practice Group. Matt has experience of advising on both domestic and multi-jurisdictional corporate, acquisition, real estate and leveraged finance transactions. Matt regularly acts for borrowers, financial institutions and sponsors, across the capital structure, in respect of both bilateral and syndicated term and revolving credit facilities.
Prior to joining CMS, Matt was an Associate at a top global law firm.
