Matthew Speed is a partner in the Real Estate Team at CMS London and has over 20 years' experience as a commercial real estate lawyer.

He advises developers, investors and institutions, undertaking a broad range of mainstream commercial property matters, including the acquisition, development, management and disposal of all types of commercial property, residential investment and development portfolios.

Matthew also advises on the management of property portfolios on behalf of Aberdeen Property UK Retail Parks Partnership, Infrared Capital Partners and The Mall Limited Partnership; and restaurant operators (including D&D London and Hawksmoor) on their UK portfolios.
