Nana is an associate in the Corporate Transactions team in CMS's London office. She advises a range of corporates, founders, management teams and investors on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and wider strategic corporate matters.
Nana has particular experience in the Technology, Media & Communications and Renewable Energy sectors. Her recent work includes advising on private equity-backed acquisitions and disposals, strategic partnerships, growth investments and renewable energy platform transactions.
