Pardip qualified as a Trade Mark Attorney in 2015 and currently works in the Intellectual Property Group at CMS. Pardip's work largely focuses on trade mark prosecution, copyright and design. This includes advising clients in relation to a wide variety of trade mark matters from the selection of a new trade mark, through to the filing of trade mark applications and the enforcement of trade mark rights against third parties. 

Pardip works with a range of clients covering many sectors including media, fashion and charities. She advises clients in relation to watch notices, developing and applying filing strategies, and dealing with official objections. Pardip works on contentious matters such as filing and prosecuting oppositions, invalidity and cancellation actions. She has also worked on a range of trade mark disputes and settlements, involving the UK and EU trade mark tribunals, courts etc.
