Paul is an Associate Solicitor in the Environment, Health & Safety team, based in Sheffield.

Paul joined CMS in 2016 as a Paralegal before completing the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) in 2024. He initially qualified into the Defendant Personal Injury team and specialised in respiratory disease claims (including group litigation). He also has experience of acting for medical defence organisations in clinical negligence matters.

Paul joined the EHS team in 2026 and has experience in regulatory matters covering incidents and advisory work.
