Paula is Of Counsel in the Real Estate Finance Group.

Paula advises lenders, borrowers, agents and security trustees on domestic and cross‑border investment and development real estate finance transactions. She has extensive experience across a broad range of asset classes, including residential, retail, hospitality, student accommodation, self‑storage, office and logistics assets.

Prior to joining CMS Paula trained and worked within the Banking and Finance Team at another large international law firm, where she undertook a secondment to the Frankfurt office.
