Pippa is a Partner in the Financial Services team, and Global Co-Head of Banking & Finance. She advises on a wide range of regulatory and commercial issues affecting financial service providers and institutional investors, such as establishment and authorisation requirements, governance and conduct of business requirements, regulatory change compliance, cross border business, product design and distribution as well as the regulatory aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and outsourcings.

She has a particular specialism working with TechFin clients, insurance related arrangements and alternative investment funds. Clients include banks, broker-dealers, funds, investment managers and advisers, insurers and insurance intermediaries, as well as the large corporate/pension fund clients and suppliers of these types of institutions. 

Listed in Legal 500 in 2023 and 2024 as a Next Generation Partner in Insurance: Corporate and Regulatory.
