Preena is an Of Counsel in our Corporate Tax team.  Preena has broad experience of advising on the tax aspects of international and domestic Banking & Finance transactions, M&A transactions and litigation matters with a focus on transactions in the fintech and securitisation sector as well as the M&A infrastructure and projects sectors, working with a broad range of clients (including banks, alternative credit providers, lending platforms, fintech companies, credit funds, fund investors, LSE and AIM listed companies, start-up companies and a range of other corporate and partnership entities). Work includes advising and implementing tax efficient structures for securitisations, embedded finance companies, the provision of finance for large deals as well as liaising closely with international counsel and clients.

  • Co-author of the Debt Instruments chapter in the Practical Lending and Security Precedents Volume II.
