Quintin is an Of Counsel in the CMS Real Estate Energy and Infrastructure team. He has extensive experience advising developers, investors, energy companies and infrastructure businesses on the real estate aspects of energy and infrastructure projects including onshore wind farms, battery storage projects, solar farms, hydrogen production and EV infrastructure. He has particular experience advising on the acquisition, assembly and management of land interests required for the development, construction and operation of energy projects, as well as the wider real estate issues arising throughout the project lifecycle.
