Rebecca is an associate in the Real Estate Disputes team. Rebecca has experience of advising both landlord and tenant clients on various contentious commercial property issues. These include business lease renewals, dilapidations, service of break notices and reviewing the validity of notices received. Rebecca also has experience in advising landlords on tenant insolvency and possession orders.
Rebecca is also a member of the Property Litigation Association.
