Rebecca is a Partner in the London Real Estate team, with over 15 years’ experience in commercial property. Rebecca co-chairs the CMS Living sub-sector pillar. She has a particular focus on acquisitions, development and structuring for developers and investors, including public bodies, in the mixed-use and living sectors. Rebecca has acted on numerous affordable housing and BtR forward fundings for institutional funds. Rebecca also acts for investors in the acquisition and disposal of prime retail and office assets and on both the landlord and tenant side on office and retail transactions for institutional landlords and retailers.
Rebecca is named as a key lawyer in Commercial property: development, Legal 500 2025.
Rebecca takes an active role with gender and family initiatives and is proud to have been awarded “Returner of the Year” at the inaugural Inspiring Women in Property awards 2023.
