Rehan is an Associate in the Corporate team advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, reorganisations and general corporate governance matters. Prior to joining CMS, Rehan worked at a national law firm, where he developed experience advising private equity houses, serial acquirers and SMEs on a full spectrum of corporate mandates.
