Robin specialises in technical real estate disputes.

He has sought after expertise on complex development constraints, rights of light and restrictive covenant disputes, and has acted in relation to a number of high profile sites, from the City and the West End of London, and throughout the country. He also has over 16 years of hands-on experience on a full spectrum of landlord and tenant matters, including high profile and contentious High Court litigation. As a result, he also has leading experience assisting clients with insurance solutions to property risks, and has strong relationships with many insurance brokers and underwriters.

Recognised as a “very bright” leading next generation partner in the Legal 500 and independently rated as an Acritas Star lawyer, Robin is valued by clients for his intelligence and versatility in solving difficult matters that other lawyers prefer to avoid, and in acting for a huge range of client and on vast range of properties. He co-leads the Light and Development specialist team, and the office subsector group at CMS.
