Rose Falconer is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration team specialising in commercial and media law dispute resolution. She has experience working on high value disputes, including domestic and cross-border litigation, international arbitration and other dispute resolution methods.
She also advises on reputation management issues and times of crisis, with experience in defamation, data protection and privacy law. This includes advising on urgent injunctions, particularly in relation to cyber security.
