Ross is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team, specialising in Real Estate Disputes in Scotland. He has a wealth of experience litigating in the Court of Session, conducting his own advocacy in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and representing clients at mediation and arbitration.
Prior to joining CMS, Ross gained experience acting for private and insurance sector clients in professional indemnity and commercial litigation disputes.
