Rossa is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team. Rossa acts for corporate occupiers, landlords, investors and developers on lettings, acquisitions, disposals, asset management and financing matters across a range of asset classes. He has particular expertise in the office and industrial sector, having recently assisted Total Energies in relocating its UK HQ. Rossa is also experienced in ‘green lease’ provisions and has been heavily involved in enacting a market position for many of CMS’ leading Real Estate clients.

Relevant experience

A global US law firm on its relocation to a 100,000 square foot office in central London.
A major local authority on agreeing to build and move a significant employer into a new 45,000 square foot office building within its region.
Total Energies on its relocation from Canary Wharf.
Strathclyde Pension Fund on a number of high value lettings, purchases and sales.
A major local authority on exchanging a conditional contract which could result in over 3,000 carbon neutral homes being built on brownfield land.
A major local authority on the development and leasing of 100,000 square floor office building achieving a BREEAM ‘excellent’ rating.
BlackRock UK Property Fund on number of disposal and high value lettings, including lettings to Apple, a major film production company and Boots plc for a new distribution centre.
