Ruth Jones is a Corporate Partner in our London office, who specialises in corporate real estate transactions, with a particular focus on the hotels and hospitality sector. She advises investors, owners and operators on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and wider M&A activity. She also advises on the specialist commercial arrangements in the hospitality industry and has negotiated hotel management agreements and franchise agreements opposite all of the major brands an operators. Ruth combines deep sector knowledge with a strong commercial understanding of the businesses that sit behind real estate assets, helping clients realise their strategic ambitions.
Known for her pragmatic and approachable style, Ruth works closely with clients to deliver clear, commercially driven advice on complex transactions. She is known for building trusted relationships and working collaboratively to find solutions that deliver long-term value. Alongside her hospitality practice, Ruth also has experience advising on regulated and financial services sector transactions.
