Ryan is an Associate in the Corporate team in London, with a wealth of experience in private equity M&A, financial services M&A, and the W&I insurance market. Ryan has worked with a range of private equity sponsors, financial institutions, corporates and insurers on a wide range of complex cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions and W&I insurance transactions as well as advising clients with ongoing portfolio company activities and general corporate matters.
