Sam Silver is a Senior Associate in the CMS Insurance & Reinsurance Group. Sam has experience in a range of professional negligence claims including particular experience in advising and defending insurers and brokers in complex and large-scale disputes.
Sam also regularly advises insurers on complex cyber coverage matters and provides legal advice and incident response management and support to organisations arising out of cyber incidents.
