Samantha joined CMS in 2018 from a regional law firm and is currently an Associate in the Real Estate team. She mainly acts for commercial landlords (such as Columbia Threadneedle Investments and other high-net-worth clients) in sales, acquisitions and lettings, but she is also on the client team for a well-known commercial tenant dealing with various asset management transactions.
Samantha has found that the most common issues which arise for her clients are the tight timeframes which are often expected for matter completion. As she is well-practised in prioritising her caseload effectively and working in an efficient manner, she has found that she is always able to deal with such challenges and to meet any deadlines imposed.
In the time spent outside of her career, Samantha enjoys playing netball and following Formula 1.
