Sana is an Associate in the Intellectual Property team, based in Sheffield.
She advises clients on contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, as well as related commercial issues, across a wide range of sectors. Her experience ranges from advising major household names through to SMEs on protecting, enforcing, and commercialising their intellectual property rights.
Sana joined CMS from another leading UK law firm. She trained at an international firm, which included a six month secondment to the in house legal team of a multinational bank.
