Sanaa is a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Regulation team and specialises in UK authorised funds.
Sanaa regularly advises authorised fund managers on the establishment and authorisation of new funds, ongoing changes to existing fund structures (including mergers, closures and terminations), and related financial regulation.
Sanaa also advises on a range of commercial arrangements, including Investment Management Agreements, Alternative Investment Fund Management Agreements and Appointed Representative Agreements.
Sanaa also has strong experience in reviewing and negotiating fund documentation from the perspective of institutional investors, including pension scheme trustees.
