Sarah is a senior property litigation solicitor with 17 years’ experience in well known Yorkshire forms. Her expertise includes lease renewals, Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters, forfeiture, dilapidations, rent arrears and breaches of covenant, possession, adverse possession, boundaries and easements, restrictive covenants, nuisance and trespass. She has worked in sectors including leisure, retail, hospitality and charities, advising some household names.
