Sarah is an Associate based in our Liverpool office. She has acted on a wide variety of commercial property transactions, with a particular focus on the retail and industrial sectors since joining CMS.

Sarah has experience in asset management work predominantly acting for landlords. She also assists with large scale acquisitions and disposals and deals with property due diligence for high value corporate transactions.

Relevant experience

AIMCo on daily asset management transactions across a large portfolio of industrial estates.
NewRiver REIT plc on daily asset management transactions across a portfolio of circa 23 community shopping centres and 23 retail parks.
Mileway on daily asset management transactions across a large portfolio of industrial estates.
On AIMCo’s disposal of an industrial estate worth GBP 13m.
On private company transactions including acquisitions, disposals, due diligence, reporting on title and leases, and preparing certificates of title.
