Sarah helps clients to find timely and pragmatic solutions at the contract stage and in disputes;  she has extensive experience of mediation, arbitration and litigation.

Sarah drafts policy wordings, advises on complex coverage disputes under CAR, EAR, public and products liability, property damage, business interruption and professional indemnity policies and has acted on numerous high value professional indemnity claims defending contractors, architects, engineers and quantity surveyors.  She advises brokers on issues arising from the placement of construction policies.  Sarah also provides non-contentious advice on the insurance provisions of project and construction contracts and structured finance agreements.  In addition to her case work, Sarah leads the CMS Law Scholarships scheme, helping students from less advantaged backgrounds into a career in law.
