Saskia is a senior associate in our Insurance and Reinsurance group.
Prior to joining CMS, Saskia worked as a solicitor in Australia, predominately in the area of professional negligence defending solicitors, financial advisors and architects. Saskia also acted for a number of insurers and superannuation funds in responding to, and appearing before, the Australian Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry.
