Saskia is an Associate in the Insurance and Reinsurance Group, advising clients in respect of both coverage and defence matters. Saskia has experience advising clients on professional indemnity, financial institutions, reinsurance and construction claims.
Saskia also advises on Cyber Breach incidents, with a primary focus on assisting Insureds with first response advice, assisting with notifications to regulators such as the ICO and preparation of key communications to cyber-attack victims.
