Scott has over 4 years’ experience in private practice. In particular, he spent over 3 years as a corporate lawyer advising clients across a diverse range of sectors on high-value acquisitions, sales, and investments. His expertise extends to corporate reorganisations, capital restructures, and due diligence, where he collaborates with stakeholders to deliver commercially viable solutions to clients. Additionally, Scott provides guidance on corporate governance and statutory compliance.
