Sophie is an associate in the Real Estate Transaction team in Sheffield. Since qualifying as a lawyer in 2024, she has worked on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including day to day asset management, lettings (offices, industrial and retail parks) and investment acquisitions and disposals. Her clients include leading real estate investment companies such as BlackRock, 20 Gracechurch Street Limited Partnership, BBC Pension Trust, Sheffield University, the National Grid/Cadent Pension Funds, and Strathclyde Pension Fund.

BlackRock UK Property Fund, BlackRock Industrial Trust and BlackRock UK Long Lease Property Fund on acquisitions, disposals and leasing for the Funds’ various portfolios, including office buildings, industrial sites and retail parks.
BBC Pension Trust Limited on letting and managing their industrial and retail portfolio.
Strathclyde Pension Fund on leasing and asset management for its industrial portfolio.
