Sophie is an Associate in the CMS Real Estate Disputes team, based in the Bristol office. She joined the team in August 2019 upon qualification, following her CMS training contract.
Sophie has a particular interest in energy sector property disputes and advising on matters concerning the Electronic Communications Code, where she acts largely for site providers.
Sophie also acts for a range of clients including institutional investors, listed companies, corporate occupiers and retail tenants on a range of commercial real estate disputes.
