Stephanie is a Senior Associate in the Manchester real estate team and joined CMS in March 2018. She has experience working on a multitude of real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, development transactions (including conditional agreements, options, overage deeds and promotion agreements) commercial leases and property finance.

  • A leading UK healthcare REIT on site acquisitions and conditional lettings to tenants on various sites in England.
  • A Trust Corporation handling various commercial lettings and asset management transactions.
  • A Local Government Pension Scheme administrator on the acquisition of an investment property.
