Steve is a Partner in the Corporate team in London.  Steve has extensive experience of M&A transactions, with a focus on the private equity sector. Steve works regularly with investors and management teams in relation to all stages of the investment cycle, including investments, acquisitions and disposals.

In addition, Steve regularly works on transactions in the hotels and leisure sector, the financial services sector and the construction sector.

  • Risk Capital Partners and the management team on the disposal of the Gail's Bakery business.
  • TDR on its investment in Popeye's UK, the quick service restaurant business.
  • TDR on its investment in the Jollyes, the pet specialty retailer.
  • Lone Star on its disposal of Quintain Ireland to TPG.
  • Wates Group on its acquisition of the Liberty property services business.
  • Oak Hil Capital and Petauri Health on the acquisitions of the Mtech Access and Delta Hat businesses.
  • Bay Tree Private Equity on its acquisition of the Hawco commercial refrigeration business.
  • AnaCap Financial Partners on its investment in Further Underwriting.
