Suparna is an Of Counsel in the Technology & Media team at CMS.

Suparna is a versatile senior lawyer with significant experience advising multinational businesses on complex commercial deals. She works predominantly across the media, retail and consumer sectors and is consistently recognised in The Legal 500 UK as a “Rising Star” and “Leading Associate.”

She advises on business‑critical technology transactions, including large‑scale cloud migrations, managed service arrangements, software licensing and digital transformation programmes. On the commercial side, Suparna advises on both strategic partnerships and outsourcing arrangements that sit at the heart of clients’ operations.

Her role spans the full project lifecycle — from tender strategy and negotiation through to change management and the commercial resolution of disputes. She regularly leads international and cross‑disciplinary projects, and has helped clients to design and implement new contracting models to streamline processes and improve delivery. Her work often involves multi‑vendor environments, innovative commercial structures, transition planning and the adoption of emerging technologies.

Suparna also has particular expertise in marketing‑related matters, including media buying and sponsorship. She has completed secondments with both a digital solutions business and a leading cloud services provider.
