Tara-Alexandra is an Associate in the Capital Markets and Derivatives team at CMS, advising both buy-side and sell-side clients, including investment banks, corporates and pension schemes, on a range of OTC derivatives, capital markets transactions and regulatory matters.
Tara-Alexandra has particular experience in the negotiation and drafting of master agreements (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, and UMR), as well as deal-contingent hedging and securitisation hedging. She also advises on bond issuances and EMTN programmes, assisting clients with their programme updates and ongoing issuance documentation.
