Tess is a trainee patent attorney in the London IP team, assisting in the drafting and prosecution of patents in the technology sector. Prior to joining CMS she studied physics at the University of Bath, completing a final-year-project on guidance mechanisms and loss characterisation of anti-resonant hollow-core optical fibres. Tess also has knowledge of subjects such as quantum mechanics, laser physics, medical physics and superconductivity.
