Tom is an Associate in the Corporate and Leveraged Finance Team in Edinburgh. Tom advises lenders, borrowers and sponsors on all aspects of corporate and leveraged financings including acquisition finance and a wide range of debt financing on both domestic and international transactions.
He also has experience in the transfer of loan portfolios and warehousing transactions and the Scottish aspects of the securitisation of residential and commercial mortgage loans as well as credit card and auto loans receivables.
Before joining CMS, Tom trained at a large Scottish national firm and spent time on secondment to a major international bank.
