Tom is a partner in the International Finance Practice.

He represents an assortment of lending institutions as well as corporates on all aspects of their financing requirements, both domestic and international, including bilateral and syndicated facilities, invoice discounting and receivable financings, acquisition financing and working capital facilities. Tom is able to bring this cross market knowledge and experience to quickly find commercial solutions for his clients. Tom is regularly engaged in international financing arrangements for our clients, working seamless with CMS colleagues and other external advisors across various jurisdictions to deliver suitable and viable solutions.

Big Yellow Group on their various financing requirements, including in relation to their secured club facility, the Private Placement Shelf facility provided by Pricoa, their SPV financings and acquisition facilities.
A large agricultural producer on its €200,000,000 cross border senior multicurrency term and revolving facilities provided by a 6 bank syndicate.
A syndicate of Banks on their secured financing of a residential property developer.
