Tom is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration team in London specialising in commercial dispute resolution. He has experience dealing with High Court litigation and international arbitration, as well as pre-litigation advice and litigation strategy. His cases are often complex and high-profile and they frequently involve cross-border elements.

Tom advises clients in a wide range of industry sectors, including media, life sciences, infrastructure, financial services, and government entities. He has a particular focus on environmental disputes, including group actions and class actions brought against corporate clients by large numbers of individuals.

Tom has previously spent six months seconded to a well-known vehicle manufacturer, where he worked as part of an in-house legal team, dealing with a range of commercial and consumer disputes.
