Val is a Professional Support Lawyer in the Employment team based in the Glasgow office. Val has over twenty years of legal experience, starting first as an employment lawyer dealing with a range of contentious and advisory matters before moving into the PSL role. She has a passion when it comes to ED&I and is a source of deep expertise in this area. Val is a former member of the Law Society of Scotland's Equality and Diversity Committee and an accredited mediator.
