Victorie-Anne Gomez-Llorens is an Associate within the firm’s dispute resolution team, specialising in commercial litigation.
She works on a broad range of disputes, including claims for breach of contract, shareholder disputes, technology disputes, procurement litigation, cyber breach cases, and general commercial litigation. Since joining the firm, Victorie-Anne has acted for a wide range of multinational clients, including those in the energy, technology, media, food and drink, and life sciences industries.
Victorie-Anne previously worked in-house at a multinational oil and gas company, where she managed various third-party transfers and contributed to a number of exploration and exploitation projects. She was also seconded to our Mexican office, where she primarily assisted with international acquisition deals.
Victorie-Anne has a special interest in TMT (technology, media and telecommunications) disputes and in the increase in collective redress in data breach, competition and product liability cases.
