Yasmin is an Associate in the Energy & Climate Change Team.
She advises developers, technology vendors, corporates, investors, utilities and energy users on power and renewable energy projects, transactions, commercial matters and regulatory matters, both in the UK and internationally.
Yasmin has a particular interest in the nuclear sector, she has advised across on various parts of the project lifecycle for conventional large scale nuclear projects, as well as small modular reactors and advanced nuclear technologies. Yasmin’s extensive knowledge of the energy sector has been acquired, inter alia, through her in-house role at National Grid plc, where she advised on various corporate, financial, regulatory and M&A matters.
