Zina Patel is an Associate in the Corporate Transactions team at CMS. Zina has a particular interest in private M&A and investments in the technology and media sector. Prior to pursuing her legal career Zina previously worked for the multinational media and digital marketing communications company, Dentsu Aegis Network, where she then spent 6 months on secondment from CMS.
