CMS advises Virtualstock on acquisition by Logicbroker
CMS has advised long-standing client Virtualstock, a leading UK digital supply chain platform, on its acquisition by Logicbroker, a US-based leader in intelligent digital commerce.
Virtualstock and Logicbroker’s combination forms one of the largest international dropship supplier networks, with more than 15,000 retail and brand partners worldwide and a gross merchandise value of over $13bn.
This transaction marks the culmination of over a decade of partnership between CMS and Virtualstock, with CMS having supported the company from its early growth stages through to this exciting next chapter.
