Zoe is Of Counsel in the Insurance and Reinsurance group based in the Sheffield office. She primarily works for a major public sector client and has 30 years' experience in dealing with industrial disease and health claims.
Zoe specialises in high value respiratory disease, asbestos related and work-related upper limb disorder claims. She has been involved in a number of high-profile group litigations in the UK.
Zoe has acted for a diverse range of clients including Government Departments and corporates and has experience of mediation and other forms of ADR as well as litigation in the High Court and Appellant Courts.
