Client Insight - understanding what our clients value

At CMS we take client insight seriously. It shapes how we develop and evolve our relationship with you, helps us anticipate your needs, and allows us to continually improve the value of our advice and how we deliver it. Understanding your priorities, what you think about us as well as the markets and sectors in which you operate are all vital in helping us better serve and support you, your team and your organisation now, and in the future. 

Working with market-leading research company Acuigen, we undertake independent interviews across our client base which focus on key strategic issues, our relationship with you and post-matter/transaction reviews. The resulting insight means we can focus on what you’re hoping to achieve, fix and avoid as a business, as well as providing us with an objective measure of our performance.

The following summarises how clients perceived CMS during H1 2019/20.
