Navigating the EU public procurement rules continues to be a risky exercise. To help you find your way through these rules, we have produced two guides on contract award procedures for public sector bodies in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and in Scotland respectively. We have now added to this collection a guide on utilities procurement in the UK.
Please note: the Scotland guide is currently in the process of being updated to reflect the implementation in Scotland of the 2014 Public Sector Directive (Directive 2014/24/EU).
