• Defending constructive trust-style claims arising out of a fraudulent investment scheme in litigation in New York and Tennessee involving both US and English procedural and substantive law.
• Advising on the trading of litigation rights in different jurisdictions, acting in major Commercial Court litigation arising out of a dispute relating to a distressed debt trade.
• Defending an action by a customer alleging a breach of FSA regulations arising out of his Forex trading.
• Acting in High Court proceedings arising out of the largest ever UK documentary credits fraud.  Advising on mis-selling claims.
• Working with an Irish bank to successfully limit its loss caused by a major real estate fraud.
