- Advising on the trading of litigation rights in different jurisdictions, acting in major Commercial Court litigation arising out of a dispute relating to a distressed debt trade.
- Defending an action by a customer alleging a breach of FSA regulations arising out of his Forex trading.
- Acting in High Court proceedings arising out of the largest ever UK documentary credits fraud. Advising on mis-selling claims.
- Working with an Irish bank to successfully limit its loss caused by a major real estate fraud.
