• The Lenders to 3i BIFM on the financing of portfolios of projects in the bank and fixed rate note markets.

• An Investor in the Macquarie Infrastructure Debt Fund.
• Lloyds Development Capital on the establishment of Epi-V Funds 1 and 2 for investment in the oil and gas services sector.
• SSE as a cornerstone investor in the Environmental Capital Fund established by Scottish Equity Partners. The GBP 135m fund acquired a seed portfolio of assets from SSE.
• Ampere Equity Funds on the establishment of a EUR 320m fund designed to invest in sustainable energy projects throughout Western Europe.
